How to Get Nice Abs As a Woman

 Hi..talking about abs do you think that skinny woman actually have a nice abs? i think not..skinny doesnt always mean you have flat abs..i am quite skinny but omg my abs! sometimes its look like a 3 months preggy mom haha..while posing for pictures kadang2 aku kempiskan cover perut kasi nampak flat jugak especially kalo pakai dress huhu..yes i actually have those problem too..kalo lepas mentekedarah tu tengok perut kat cermin memang sedih la kann haha...

So i think wanna do some workouts to have a nice sexy licking good abs..haha.. aku pon google la some tips and wanna share it here..hehe.. btw Megan Fox is one my favourite idol..to me, her body is perfect.. i definitely do want abs like her.. 



Here are the steps..wish me luck too..semoga aku tak suam-suam tinja ayam.. :)

    Change your eating habits. Eat less food on impulse, such as candy bars, sugar soft drinks, and especially fast food. Being a smoker or drinking alcohol makes it difficult to exercise.

    Start with doing sit-ups/scrunches. During the first week, 45 sit-ups is the minimal. By the third week, 90 sit-ups will be.

    Begin by doing regular sit ups. Cross your arms over your chest and keep your knees up. After 15, take a minute rest, and then start doing side sit-ups. You do this by coming up and leaning to the side while doing it. Start with your right side. Take a minutes rest, then continue with your left side. After completing all 45 sit-ups, stretch.

    After you are finished with your sit-ups, you will start with push ups. Push up strengthen both the upper and lower chest and stomach. Do 10-15 the first week, and 25 by the second-third.

    Run. You can run at the beginning or the end, whichever is better for you. Run around your block (jog) then, after one block, walk around your block. This will help strengthen your legs and hips.

    The next, and final exercise is jumping jacks. A minimal of 30 should be done and by the third week, a minimal of 80.

    Do these exercises daily, six times a week. One day out of seven should be your breaking period where you relax and don't worry about exercising.
